We are looking for a "Virtual Assitant" for one of our clients. 

It is an onsite job in Karachi, Pakistan.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan. 

Gender: Male/Female (Both). 

Timing: 2 pm To 10 pm (Mon To Fri).

Experience: 3 To 5 Years (Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin).

Qualification: Bachelors & Masters degree from a Reputable university. 

The ideal candidates should have the following skill set
to qualify for this role:  
Call Handling.
Answering customer calls.
Ensure callers’ requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
Always ensure the highest standards of customer care at all times.
For certain clients, call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
Effectively taking phone messages and sending typed messages to the clients.
Diary Management.
Manage client diaries through customer calls.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Ensure reminders as set as agreed with the client.
Keep track of bookings and cancellations.

General Duties:
Fulfill administrative activities as required - e.g. typing, filing, telephone calls, purchase orders etc.
Providing meeting support including preparing agendas and high-quality minutes.
Ensuring client data is complete on the file and all policies have been followed.
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
Working directly with the client on tasks provided directly at the client’s discretion.


Requirements and Skills: 
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin. 
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). 
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
University degree required.
