We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for restaurants with queries about onboarding, menus and deliveries and provide support for the operations team.

Operations Specialist responsibilities are:
- Processing onboarding via phone or email.
- Checking menus/accounts for restaurants.
- Reaching out to restaurants.
- Updating records/restaurants information.
- Assist in creating menus for rotation.
- Communicating with restaurants effectively.
- Being aware of new updates on meals/items.
Operations Specialist requirements are:
- Basic knowledge of recipes or meal ingredients (allergens, etc.).
- Familiar Google suite software products.
- Strong written, verbal & organizational skills.
- Able to multitask.
- Good team player.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision/no supervision.
