Description
Position: Design Engineer
Location: Hamburg, Germany
No. of Openings: 5
Job Description:
- Design activities for Product Engineering WPs ( A350 and SA).
- Close interaction and collaboration with the Customer and offshore team.
- Cascade all the technical and Project requirements to the team.
- Work closely with the offshore team to realise the overall scope.
- Perform IP validation and specific support onsite.
- Various AIRBUS Design projects, including but not limited to Machine part design, sheet metal parts, Composite parts and assemblies.
- Engineering design tools, specifically CATIA-V5 (Part, Surface, ASL, FTA).
- Use of PDM/PLM tools such as VPM & PASS (preferably having) NG user ID.
- Knowledge of aircraft structures.
Experience & Qualification:
- Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
- German (B1/B2) proficiency.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. (German and English).
