One of the emerging FMCG brand is hiring Internal Auditors (multiple positions). 

The incumbent is responsible for working as an eye of management in the company, ensuring sound controls in all policies and procedures, and their implementation throughout the company. The incumbent is responsible for establishing Risk based protocols in the company. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Inspects overall internal control processes to determine the accuracy of financial statement account balances and compliance with laws and regulations, company policies and procedures.

Verification of all types of expenses and payments including supplier/distributor related payments, claims, incentives and credit notes.

Oversee stock count of Finished goods, Packing material and Raw Material at our factory location.

Physical verification of goods returned from customer / distribution channels.

Customer/Distributor Price list verification on monthly basis.

Surprised and Planned Audit assignments pertaining to overall departments.

Extensive Field Audit at distributor premises including damage and expired items verification.

Extensive Field Audit of local market to conduct visibility and Penetration Audit.

Execute Distribution Audits (Nationwide). 

 

Qualifications: 

Must be a graduate coupled with ongoing certification (CA/ACCA/ICMA/CIA).

5-8 years of core experience in Internal Audit of manufacturing concern (including 2 years in FMCG).
