Swyft Logistics is looking for a Delivery Success Captain for its Karachi Office who will be responsible for:
· Working cross functionally in a seamless and respectful manner with Delivery Success Leader to implement strategic plan for logistics operations in alignment with company’s vision and objectives.
· Assisting in the development and implementation of SOPs and guidelines across divisions as per 3PL industry & global best practices and in designing, monitoring of metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues & opportunities for process improvements e.g., delivery ratios, cost per parcel etc.
· Assisting in the setting, reviewing and monitoring budget along with planning and monitoring logistics operations; pickup, warehousing/ sorting, transportation, and delivery processes.
· Analyzing market and competitors’ trends and making & implementing recommendations to functions accordingly.
· Ensuring complete documentation of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes.
· Ensuring teams’ compliance to SOPs and industry standards in all dealings.
