Description
Position: Data Engineer
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world
Employment Type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)
Remuneration: Fixed Monthly Payment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for processing and analyzing large datasets.
- Develop and implement algorithms for calculating IB commissions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the business team to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop automated data reporting and visualization dashboards.
- Maintain and improve data quality and integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a data engineer or related role.
- Prior experience in the CFDs sector and field is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
