"Beauty & Fashion Content Writer" is required in Karachi, Pakistan.
Salary: PKR 50,000.
Timings: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri).
Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Writing, editing and publishing Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle related articles and social media content pieces.
- Daily responsibilities include receiving assignments for social media stories, evaluating leads and pitching compelling story ideas.
- Writing media-based articles covering trends, products and advancements in the industry, and publishing up to date information.
- Verifying statements and facts, generating ideas for future stories and features that would interest readers.
- Researching features, conducing detailed verifications and fact checks.
- Script writing for Video based content.
- Social Media Management and timely content publishing.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in English, journalism, communications, media studies or a related field.
- Experience: a minimum of 1-2 year work experience in a Fashion, lifestyle, or media publication.
- Passionate about the latest trends in beauty, fashion and lifestyle.
- Proficient in microsoft excel, word, and powerpoint.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong social media skills.
- Be able to work well independently and within a team.
- Be able to work within deadlines and timescales.
- Have good understanding of the media industry.
