We are looking for Call Center Representatives who can accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries.  

Salary: PKR 30,000 - 50,000 (will be decided after the interview). 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner. 
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. 
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, provide solutions and alternatives. 


Requirements and Skills: 

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Must have good learning skills.


Night Shift, Next Gen Technologies, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. 

You must have at least 2 years of experience in call center to apply for this job.
