Business Development Representative:

As a Business Development Representative at Centrical, you will play a key role in fueling our growth and increasing our revenue. Your skill in building strong relationships with potential customers through clear communication will be crucial.

 

We are seeking a motivated, goal-focused person who excels in a collaborative team setting. Your prior experience in contact center operations will be a significant advantage in understanding and meeting the specific needs of our prospective clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effort in identifying, researching, and vetting potential large enterprise clients using a targeted account strategy.
  • Plan and implement inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns with careful attention to detail and strategy.
  • Build and cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through active outreach, including cold calls, emails, and other effective channels.
  • Conduct insightful qualification calls to understand client needs, offering bespoke solutions and clearly articulating the benefits of our SaaS products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transform qualified leads into substantial opportunities, playing a vital role from start to finish.
  • Address inbound enquiries from large enterprises swiftly and professionally, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and addressing concerns skillfully.
  • Handle the scheduling and coordination of meetings between potential clients and Sales Directors, ensuring smooth communication and interactions.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all communications and transactions within the Salesforce platform, guaranteeing prompt follow-ups and updates.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior expertise in roles focused on outbound and inbound lead generation or sales.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for forging strong relationships and facilitating effective collaborations.
  • Adept at understanding and articulating concepts related to change management and digital transformation.
  • A self-driven approach with a determined ambition to surpass targets and fulfil objectives.
  • Organised and meticulous, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently without compromising on quality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Development tools including but not limited to ZoomInfo, Outreach, Chillipiper, and Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, tools integral to the role.
  • A solid understanding of Sales Performance Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrable experience in contact centre roles, or prior experience and understanding of enterprise contact centres (sales, service, collections etc) - a clear advantage.
