OneClout, a software consultancy company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.  

This is an On-Site, Full Time and Lahore (Pakistan) based Job. 


  • A track record of successful lead generation experience, preferably through LinkedIn, Upwork and other lead generation tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure within IT Industry (Service based).
  • Proficient in using various online platforms, search engines, and tools to conduct comprehensive research to identify potential leads and clients.
  • BCS or relevant degree holder with understating of IT industry and trends.
  • Proficiency in using Upwork, other freelancing platforms, lead generation tools, CRM systems, email automation platforms, and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposal to engage potential leads/clients effectively.
  • Highly proactive and self-driven, with the ability to lead team to meet sales target and maintaining a consistent Quality pipeline.
